ZLW-U-xM-x-01  ceramic resistance pressure sensor is a universal sensor used for pressure detection of water pumps and air compressors. It has the characteristics of simple structure, strong environmental adaptability and reliable performance.
Ceramic material offers excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range up to -40°C to 150°C, demonstrating outstanding long-term stability. The corrosion resistance of ceramic provides significant advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection, gradually replacing the common diffused silicon pressure sensors.

With its high cost-effectiveness, the temperature-compensated ceramic piezoresistive sensor core becomes the preferred choice for pressure sensing elements in IoT applications. It is widely used in measuring the pressure of air, water, oil, and other media. It has extensive applications in areas such as automotive, air compressors, firefighting water pipes, industry, and household appliances. We can customize various shapes and sizes of pressure-sensitive cores according to customer requirements.
When the ceramic capacitive pressure-sensitive element is subjected to pressure, the elastic diaphragm deflects and deforms, resulting in a change in capacitance. Within the measuring range, pressure varies linearly with capacitance. The conditioning chip then amplifies, calibrates and performs nonlinear fitting on the weak capacitive output signal, ultimately delivering an analog voltage output or digital signal that changes linearly in proportion to pressure.

The RS186A/RS183A has dimensions of φ18*(6.30-6.95)mm,φ18*(3.30-3.78)mm. Its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability. The sensitive element internally integrates a temperature compensation circuit and undergoes laser trimming, ensuring that within the conventional usage range (-20°C to 85°C), the internal bridge temperature drift signal is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/°C), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration required during pressure sensor production.
