RS214A Series  Flush Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensor Core

The RS214A series  flush diaphragm ceramic piezoresistive sensor core uses a meticulously crafted alumina ceramic base, combined with highly stable sensitive materials.
It is refined through processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.

The RS214A has dimensions of φ21X(4.10-4.77))mm. Its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability.
The sensitive element internally integrates a temperature compensation circuit and undergoes laser trimming, ensuring that within the conventional usage range (-20°C to 85°C), the internal bridge temperature drift signal is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/°C), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration required during pressure sensor production.
