Ceramic capacitive pressure sensing element is a sensor component based on alumina ceramic. Its structure includes a thick ceramic substrate, a deformable thin ceramic elastic diaphragm, and metal electrodes printed on the ceramic. When the diaphragm deforms under pressure, the capacitance changes, and this change is processed into a linear analog voltage signal or digital output. 

This technological approach in pressure sensors offers advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, minimal temperature drift, high measurement accuracy, wide range, pollution-free, high elasticity, overload resistance, and long lifespan. Its ability to come into direct contact with most corrosive gases or liquid media without fluid transfer during operation means that even in overload situations, the diaphragm will only lightly touch the substrate without damage.
